Dax-96 is equipped with fully automated machinery for the production of insulated glass units—an insulated glass unit production line, a rapid edging machine, a press with automatic argon gas filling and the capability for automatic assembly of double- and triple-pane units, as well as offset units, and a robot for automatic sealing of insulated glass units. The company also has all other machinery necessary for the manufacture of insulated glass units—a machine for automatically bending spacers (aluminum and thermal), a machine for automatically filling frames with absorbent material, and an automatic sealing machine. The production of insulated glass units is an industrial process in which two or more panes of glass are hermetically sealed together, separated by a spacer frame. The main purpose of this design is to provide thermal and sound insulation for buildings. The company manufactures both standard flat double-pane units and double-pane units with curved glass. We produce both rectangular and irregularly shaped double-pane units. Combinations of different types of glass can be created—clear, body-tinted, decorative, and coated. We can also manufacture both standard double-pane units and those designed for building facades.
