Dax-96 is equipped with horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers and a waterjet cutting machine. The maximum dimensions are up to 2600/5000 mm, depending on the machine and the required operation. We can process monolithic glass with a thickness of 3–19 mm or multilayer laminated glass; the glass can be clear, body-tinted, patterned, frosted, painted, or coated. The waterjet cutting machine can also cut materials other than glass—such as stone, ceramics, metal, plastics, and others; waterjet cutting can be used in almost any application. This type of processing allows for a variety of operations—edging straight and irregular shapes, drilling and cutting out all kinds of shapes and sizes, and engraving the surface of the glass. Production is carried out entirely based on a digital file for the desired product. If work based on a template is required, the company also has an innovative system for digitizing templates.
